CU Denver
When the University of Colorado approached us to assist in the development of messaging and marketing materials for the Employee Services Expo, we recommended animating the information and data. The strategy was to create an engaging and informative kinetic infographics that efficiently explained how the complex topics of insurance and investment plans were evolving and improving for tens of thousands of CU employees. By animating the information and statistics, CU was able to turn relatively dry content into something much more engaging. The digital format allowed the content to be delivered across multiple channels and media outlets – reaching many more constituents.
Building on the interaction and audience participation garnered in the Fall Expo, we worked with CU to develop the Spring Expo around a scavenger hunt for information. Participants in the Expo visited multiple booths at the traveling presentation collecting valuable facts along the way. Each attendee was given a list of information points; each time they visited a booth, an information point was ”checked off.” A full card could be entered into a drawing for an iPad giveaway.
